TRUTH GAZE

 You talk so square
 Not one to mince a word
Knowing what we can bear
Perceiving how much we've heard
         
See with new eyes
What you've practiced for years
 Don't give in to the lies
Nor succumb to your fears

Look me straight in the face
Not to the left or to the right
   It is here you'll find grace
 It is here you'll see light

 So whenever we're caught in the haze
     By phantoms of torture, by specters of pain
We rely on His peace and return the truth gaze
And can sit down to rest, despite all the rain...

WITHIN THE VEIL

My doors you blew open
with wings of mercy
 I see in the faces,
     the light of your love
 No tissue can conceal
this mystery of eternity
No difference can dissuade
that we are all of one.
Tho dark storms may gather
obscuring deep blue sky
     The winds of change, keep blowing
clearing way the clouds that blind
No fear, No questions, No regrets
 while standing in the sun
for I've had a glimpse within the veil
an  insight never undone.

LOOKING FOR SIGNS

He's  looking for signs and wonders why
he doesn't see a rainbow.
 " This should be speaking
 for I am seeking
an answer from past ingestion"
He then does hear,
the porcelain seer
"It is waste, it is waste, it is waste"
and visually  makes it plain
there is no gain
in holding onto matter
     "So flush it now      
and consider how   
when done in you, that you'll see true."

WHEN DUALISM ENDS

There is no cold
but the absence of heat
There is no there
but the absence of here
There is no past or future
but the absence of now
There is no death
but the absence of life
There is no darkness
but the absence of light
There is no hate
but the absence of Love
There is no devil
but the absence of God
When the absent is known
illusion of two fades away
dualism ends...

Drawing in the Darkness, Dispelling with the Light
( from a dream )
 
 Dark boxes, a product of division
Illusion made real by the will
 Weighing down are forms of conclusion
Taking in what is not to your fill
                                      
   Hope of Freedom from earthly impressions
Births desire for a clearer view
Humbly  dispel and replace with the light
 These lies brought to life by you.

HIGH MINDS   
 
Subjective reasoning collides
like opposing climates
Spawning whirlwinds of destruction.
High riding participants swirl ,
confused and contentious...afraid
always kept from the eye where in stillness
they could be lowered right out of this fray
Then discourse would serve a purpose
grounded in humility.

PERCEPTION

There is no power
Lest love is given
If it be toward, what is not
one steps toward the land of specter and phantom
To tarry while illusion persists
If love bestowed on what is
one opens and becomes free
transformed, a life giving spirit.
